Small Business Rates Relief

Chancellor George Osborne in his Autumn statement has extended the Business Rates Relief scheme for a further 12 months up to April 2014.  This means that if you are a tenant at Zan Industrial Park and you register with Cheshire East Council as a small business you will not be charged for Business rates until April 2014 at the earliest.
The good news is that all the available units at Zan Industrial Park have rateable values that come within the scheme limits.  So if you become a tenant at Zan Industrial Park you wont need to pay business rates until April 2014.
